*Maintenance Program Sessions MUST be booked in advance for the entire month to qualify for the discount and cannot be combined with other special offers. If unable to maintain appointments for program, regular rates will come into effect until program frequency is maintained.

Directions

Parking and Location:

Located immediately after the Montclair Country club, take your very first right into the "eyebrow" (slight half loop) directly off of the main road (Waterway dr.). Follow loop toward the end and find the house number 4189 located on the mailbox at the top of the driveway. You will not be able to see the house from the road. Turn right down the driveway and veer right following to the residence at the very bottom of the slight hill. There is parking and room to turn around in the courtyard.

appointments:

Sessions are by appointment only Mondays-Fridays from 9:00-5:30. Evening and weekend sessions are very limited but may be requested by email. You can schedule an appointment online (preferred method), by phone, e-mail or in person following your session. If you reach the voicemail, please leave your name and at least one return phone number.

Massages will take place at the RelaxAmerica Spa. The only exception to this policy is if there are special outcall arrangements the therapist was made aware of and agreed to before your appointment was scheduled. Outcall service will be quoted at a higher rate based on location and times. I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.

cancellations & No Shows:

RelaxAmerica Massage is easily accessible by web, phone or e-mail. Once you have made an appointment a commitment is made to you to guarantee your appointment time and all other requests are refused. Therefore a 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated for any scheduled appointments, including gift certificate sessions. A 2 hour notice is requested for appointments made for the same day. If proper notice is not given, you may be charged the full session rate.

Draping:

Proper draping is required throughout your massage session. There is a minimum coverage RelaxAmerica massage adheres to. You will be covered with a clean sheet or a towel drape. Blankets and/or a table warmer may also be used to help you stay cozy during your massage. It's not a matter of being shy, it's a matter of boundaries and professionalism. Gluteal muscles and adominals are included in treatments with client consent. The area being worked is the only area uncovered.

information updates:

The client is responsible for keeping the therapist updated as to their health-related issues/changes and holds therapist harmless of liability due to non-disclosure. Massage is not substitute for medical treatment. It is recommended that all retuning clients fill out a Returning Client Intake Form before each appointment.

To keep the focus of your massage session centered on relaxation and to reduce time spent on paperwork advanced online payments are encouraged. Appointments are secured with a credit card. Your security and information will be protected at all times.

Payments by cash, check or credit card are due at time of appointment after services are rendered. Checks are accepted from existing clients only (after 1st appt). A $25.00 return check fee will apply to all checks that are returned.

Referral Reward

Refer a friend or family member to RelaxAmerica Massage! Your friend will receive $10.00 off his or her first appointment. After your friend's first visit you will receive $10.00 off your next session! Referral rewards may be accumulated and used together.
