Lomi Lomi  Massage:
A deep tissue massage that helps melt away muscle tension by primarily using knuckles, fists, forearms and elbows.  Some hand strokes are also applied.

Hot Stone Massage:
Volcanic basalt stones are heated and used in this hot stone massage to warm and relax your muscles followed by a deep tissue massage that will melt away your tension and stress.

Specific Area Massage: When there is an injury or condition to be addressed, the majority of the session time focuses on a single area. Great for areas of  chronic pain in the neck, shoulders and back. The focus of the session may also be on the areas you hold the most stress.

Pregnancy Massage: 
Pre-natal massage focuses on some of the unique physical needs of the mother-to be. Pregnancy massage is usually done in a side-lying position with plenty of pillows or cushions for support.
